Orders within Australia typically arrive 4 to 7 days after being shipped, but this can be longer (up to 2 weeks or more) especially with lockdowns etc. If you order Express post though, this will be quicker. International orders tend to take 3-4 weeks.

At Band Worx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with your new items, however, if you’re not, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorisation number. Once a return is authorised, we will refund your payment, less our shipping costs. Please return authorised orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorisation was provided. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
